Jamie Fairchild provides our technical support service, having considerable expertise in materials and substrates, his advice is detailed, measured and designed to give confidence. Jamie previously held the long term position of Technical Director to Stonehealth, where he was directly responsible for the majority of technical information, guidance and reports. Many operators of the Jos, Torc and Doff systems will already be familiar with him, from the training and inductions he also provided over the years.
We are able to undertake site trials and provide technical reports for cleaning and coating removal. This is invaluable to architects, specifiers and other professionals in evaluating the proposed methodology & underlying masonry condition and establishing budget and project specification.
Another support service we already supply is an ‘on request’ referral service for architects and specifiers, which is the forwarding of details for contractors that are suited to tackling particular projects. Our aim is always to assist and to act in a supporting role, we do not intend to alienate specifiers, operators or contractors that we have worked with in the past.
