Machinery Servicing & Spare Parts
As a manufacturer, we are able to service and repair all our own equipment and those of many other makes. We maintain large quantities of machinery parts in stock and are capable of immediately supplying the majority of components on a next day delivery.
Machinery Testing & Review
We undertake PAT testing of ‘portable’ equipment, part of modern site requirements. We can also offer a review and evaluation of all your existing cleaning machinery and systems, into the viability of upgrading, or even conversion, when it is possible to make the improvements.
Machinery Servicing, Repairs & Spare Parts
Although we are a manufacturer of new equipment, we are also able to service and repair older systems of both the swirling vortex and superheated water types. Holding a full range of machinery components and parts in stock, we are capable of supplying the majority of items for immediate despatch.
We fully understand the pressures and demands of contracting. For our part, we make every endeavour to meet your requirements for fast and efficient service and repair.
We also instruct and support customers to carry out light repairs and servicing by the operator, when safe to do so. This is invariably the fastest way to return equipment to working condition.
Our workshops are fully equipped with a range of hand and machine tools, hydraulic hose crimping (hose manufacture and repair), metal fabrication and tube bending equipment.
‘Portable Appliance Testing’ of Equipment
We undertake testing of ‘portable’ equipment (PAT). When used on a construction site, the regulations recommend PAT testing of 110v equipment at intervals of 3 months. It is useful to remember that the majority of reasons for failure are visible to the eye and do not require equipment or tools to identify. Of these, defects to plugs, cable and cable restraints are much the most common and appropriate training will enable the operator to spot these long before failing the PAT test.
Any piece of electrical equipment that has been serviced in our workshops will be tested as a matter of routine before being returned to the customer.
Machinery Upgrades & Review
When safe and technically possible to do so, we are able to offer upgrade or conversion of some types of existing equipment. This may be to improve safety and reliability but also to enhance adjustment and performance.
Controlled Hire of Systems
We offer hire of both vortex abrasive and superheated water systems to companies and operators known to us and in receipt of appropriate training.
